All new purchases of Hyena include nine (9) months of free maintenance and upgrades. The maintenance expiration period is built into Hyena's licensing registration key. The maintenance expiration period can be viewed under the Tools > Settings > Licensing dialog.

Upgrade Pricing

Hyena's upgrade prices are based on 50% of the current licensing cost. This upgrade cost includes one (1) year of maintenance, which provides for free upgrades during the maintenance period. To calculate the upgrade price, use the table below. All prices in US dollars.

How to Purchase an Upgrade

If there are any questions on your organization's current license type, quantity, purchase date, or if you need pricing for increasing your license quantity or a change from the Standard Edition to the Enterprise Edition, please contact us, or send an email to sales@systemtools.com.

A maintenance plan can also be purchased by faxing a purchase order to 1-830-779-2191. Please make sure to provide your current license key and licensee name, which are available from Hyena's Tools > Settings > Licensing dialog, as well as a contact email address. Upon completion of your order, you will be emailed new licensing information.
